Picos de Pan

Picos de pan are a very common accompaniment to cheese, ham and charcuterie in Spain. They are small sourdough breadsticks that are double-fermented allowing the dough to develop a deep, complex flavour profile and an airy texture for a perfect bite.

They are wonderful dipped into a cheese such as a torta, or dipped into something lighter like houmous.
