After maturing for two days, the sourdough loaf is fired in the oven for the perfect bake. Our bread has a uniquely tangy flavour and is full of character. We will always send our bread on the day it is baked, meaning there texture is chewy without being tough. 

Great for accompanying soups and stews and it makes wonderful soldiers for dippy eggs. It is also the perfect bread for making croutons. It really is a perfect, versatile bread, try to resist finishing it in one go!
